Bioscopewala
My Rating:8.9

Preview:

Heavily emotional cinema of recent time. The concept of original story by Rabindranath Tagore is so powerful that even the modified version of his stories also have hard impact...

Review:

The story and adaption covers many emotions in one pack of cinematic excellence. From father daughter-relationship to friendship and many more unsaid relations. Seen Sir Danny after a long time on screen, but very powerful...

It is very hard to find "scope" in the "bio"graphy of "Kabuliwalah" written by Great Tagore, but hats Off to makers of this movie to explore and achieve that.

Connecting photography and Bioscope Cinema in the story was smart by writers.

Performances:

The casting is perfect by selecting Danny as Afghani Bioscopewala and Minnie is actually mega pack of this bioscope. Very strong performances by both leads.

A great and successful effort has also put by production team on costume, sets and cinematography in each scene to give an authentic feel to story.

Take Away:

Happy to see such powerful cinema of India. Love you BIOSCOPEWALA.
