Sir
My Rating:7.1

Preview:

In my last article (some undefined relations) I had presented some of my thoughts on emotional bonding, which are beyond the requirements of any definition or acceptance.

These bonding should just remain as they are, without anyone requiring to comment, criticize or judge them.

Love, is a relationship, it represents a limit, a boundary for me, because it has a definition. It has some certain meaning and rules and regulations. But what I think, is even beyond the love is, the care and the trust of someone for someone. It has no limitation, no boundary, and it does not get confined in any definition.

Review:

This movie, represent the same care and trust which binds two people irrespective of their status and relationship.

This is a story which shows that what is our ultimate need in the life, is it money? NO-, is it wealth – NO, but it's care and trust of someone for us.

This is the ultimate treasure, which we all are searching in this havoc, called world.

This movie teaches us to move on, against all odds.

A smile, gives strength to fight against all such odds, and this movie gives that smile on face but in a heart touching way. It teaches us not to quit our dreams and needs.

The slow but gripping story moves and flows nicely from the very first scene to the very last moment of the story. Performance by Tillotama Shome is at par and does not seem forced. Scenes like, Wearing bangles while coming to city by Ratna and taking them off while going back, are smartly crafted which generally go un-noticed or un-spoken.

Many scenes are crafted beautifully to touch your heart and are able to draw a drop of tear at the corner of your eyes. Specially the concluding scene at the end, where a single word, concludes the story.

Thank you my friend for suggesting this to me. And yes, at the end the “Sir” gets removed and what remains is pure name and pure bonding.

I am the admirer of such movies and always trying to spread them so that more and more people get to see what actual cinema is.
